Welcome to Nomli (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our platform. By using our service, you agree to these terms in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not use Nomli.
1. Subscription Plans
Nomli offers two subscription options:
- Monthly Subscription: $9.99 per month
- Yearly Subscription: $99.99 per year
All subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and your account will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for any billing periods already paid.
2. Free Trial
Nomli offers a free trial period. After the trial expires, you will be automatically enrolled in the chosen subscription plan unless you cancel before the trial period ends.
3. Payment
Payments are securely processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for the subscription fees on a recurring basis.
4. Account Sharing
There are no restrictions on sharing your account. However, you are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
5. User Content
Users are not permitted to upload any content on Nomli. Our platform does not host user-generated content at this time.
6. Data Collection and Privacy
We collect the following information to provide a personalized experience on Nomli:
- Email address
- First and last name
- User preferences

7. Account Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you breach these terms or engage in any unauthorized or unlawful activity.
8. No Refund Policy
Nomli does not provide refunds for any subscription fees already paid. By subscribing, you agree to this no-refund policy.
9. Money-Back Guarantee
Notwithstanding our no-refund policy, Nomli offers a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. If you are not satisfied with our service within the first 7 days of your paid subscription, you may request a full refund by contacting our support team at support@nomli.app. To be eligible for the money-back guarantee, you must submit your request within 7 days of the initial subscription payment. This guarantee applies only to the first subscription period and cannot be claimed for subsequent renewals or payments.
10. Limitation of Liability
Nomli is provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform, and we will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of Nomli.
11. Changes to Terms and Conditions
We may update Our Terms and Conditions from time to time. We will notify You of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page.
We will let You know via email and/or a prominent notice on Our Service, prior to the change becoming effective and update the “Last updated” date at the top of these Terms and Conditions.
You are advised to review these Terms and Conditions periodically for any changes. Changes to these Terms and Conditions are effective when they are posted on this page.
